Warranty information
Scope of guarantee
The Visionbody Box is covered by a two (2) year limited warranty. The functionality of a Visionbody garment, limited to the electrical components, electrodes, wiring and connection plate, is covered by a six (6) month limited warranty (maximum 100 washes). The material of a Visionbody garment is covered by a thirty (30) day limited warranty.
Start of guarantee
All Visionbody Limited Warranties begin on the date a Visionbody Component or Visionbody System is shipped to the original purchaser by Visionbody, an authorized Visionbody representative or distributor. Failure to provide accurate and current registration information, including, but not limited to, ownership information, will void all Visionbody Limited Warranties applicable to a Visionbody Component or Visionbody System and render the Component or System unusable.
Extended warranty
An extension of the Visionbody Box Limited Warranty can be purchased through the Visionbody website at the time of initial purchase. This warranty extension is valid for one (1) additional year and begins on the date the Limited Warranty for the applicable Visionbody Box expires. Second Hand Purchases For second hand purchases, only the remaining term of the original owner's existing limited warranty will be transferred to the new owner. This applies only on the condition that all used components have been sent to Visionbody for inspection immediately after purchase and have been found and confirmed by Visionbody to be fully functional for the new owner by means of a warranty certificate. A fee of €250 will be charged for deactivating the control box of a new customer who has not previously purchased from us. This is necessary to ensure that we offer new customers the same service as customers who have already purchased from us.
Warranty check
All Visionbody Limited Warranties commence on the date of the initial purchase of a Visionbody Component or Visionbody System (in favor of the initial purchaser) (proof of purchase is mandatory) and are not considered valid until the mandatory registration process with Visionbody is complete. Failure to provide accurate and current registration information, including but not limited to ownership information, will void all Visionbody warranties applicable to a Visionbody component or system and render the component or system unusable.
Exclusions
Subject to the above limited warranties, Visionbody components and systems are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects, except for damage or defects resulting from normal wear and tear in the course of intended use, commercial use, failure to follow the instructions and guidelines in the Visionbody user manual, improper handling, improper assembly, improper installation, improper storage, improper maintenance, misuse, neglect, accidents, improper use, alterations, modifications, installation or use of non-original parts or accessories, improper installation, improper storage, improper maintenance, abuse, neglect, accident, misuse, alteration, modification, installation or use of non-original parts or accessories, or installation or use of third party parts or products in combination with a Visionbody component or system. Visionbody Box Specific Exclusions The Visionbody Box Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, use of an improper battery and/or charger, improper maintenance, other misuse or water damage, installation or use of third party batteries or battery charging cables other than as specified in this manual.
Dealer authorization
Visionbody does not authorize any distributor, retailer or agent to create, bind or guarantee any obligation or liability to Visionbody or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, domestic or foreign, in connection with the sale of any Visionbody component or system.
Return of faulty items
Any Visionbody component or Visionbody system suspected of being defective within the Limited Warranty Period must be returned immediately to an authorized Visionbody dealer, distributor or agent. No suspected defective Visionbody component or Visionbody system may be returned directly to Visionbody.
Warranty claims
Warranty claims must be submitted to Visionbody Technical Support within 10 calendar days of the return of a suspected defective Visionbody component or system to an authorized Visionbody dealer, distributor or representative. This will ensure that all warranty claims applicable to the returned component or system can be honored. Visionbody will not repair or replace any Visionbody component or system without a submitted warranty claim that clearly identifies the allegedly defective component or system, provides the owner's address and contact information, details the specific problem, and includes clear proof of purchase and high quality photos or video of the allegedly defective parts, components or system.
