Yes, the suit is easy to care for and can be machine-washed in cold water on a gentle cycle. Recommended spin speed: 800 rpm. Wash the suit in the provided laundry bag and do not turn it inside out before washing. Make sure all Velcro fasteners are secured before placing it in the machine.

Use a mild, bleach-free detergent; a gentle baby detergent works best. Do not use fabric softener or sports detergents.

The Powersuit does not need to be washed after every workout. After each workout, turn the suit inside out to help it air-dry more quickly.

We recommend washing the suit after every two to three training sessions, as sweat and salt buildup can reduce the effectiveness of the stimulation. Be careful NOT to wash the control box together with the PowerSuit.

Battery life is up to about 6 hours of active use per charge (varies depending on the program, intensity, and battery health). A battery is included with your system. You do not need to wear any special clothing or underwear under the suit. If you prefer to wear underwear, choose thin, seamless garments that do not cover or interfere with the electrodes inside the Powersuit.
