It is now mid-November 2025, and I want to speak frankly with everyone who has placed their trust in us. You deserve to know exactly what has been happening behind the scenes.
These past few months have been more challenging than any other period in our company’s history. From supply chain disruptions to new customs regulations and now an ongoing U.S. government shutdown, we have faced one challenge after another.
And yet, we are still here. Still standing. Still delivering. And we won’t stop until every single client has received what they ordered—and more.
What Went Wrong?
The obstacles have been brutal:
- Critical components were missing due to unpredictable customs regulations.
- Some of our shipments were even held up for weeks and returned to Europe after being stuck in customs for reasons beyond our control.
- The U.S. government shutdown has made matters worse. Customs clearance, logistics, and transportation have all been affected nationwide, leading to even more delays and confusion.
Why Has This Been So Personal?
We are not a faceless corporation. We are a family business. And when something this big happens to us, it doesn’t just affect the company. It affects our homes, our loved ones, our health, and our peace of mind.
As the founder and CEO, I have been battling cancer throughout this period. While undergoing medical treatment, I also bore the weight of this crisis on my shoulders. The stress caused by these delays was not merely logistical. It was emotional. It was human. It affected our reputation, and most painfully, the trust of our clients—the people who believed in us.
But I never gave up. I am now cancer-free after two long years and 15 tumors throughout my body. And just like me, my company is healing, rebuilding, and coming back stronger than ever.
That is also why I continue to refine this system, because it has helped me more than you can imagine. And I truly believe it can help others, too. This isn't just about muscles. It's about something much deeper.
The Good News?
Even through all of this, the progress we’ve made is real, and we want to share it with you:
- Production is now in full swing. We have hired more workers, added new machines, and are working overtime to catch up.
- We already serve over 5,000 clients in the United States alone, and thousands more across Europe.
- Every suit is crafted with precision, tailored specifically for each client, and handled with great care. This is not mass-produced. This is high-quality German craftsmanship.
- We have never relied on hype or cheap Chinese products. Everything we build is based on real science, manufactured in our own facility, and subject to strict quality control.
- We have more than 11 years of experience in EMS technology. We have always delivered on our promises, and we will do so again now.
What Happens Next?
Here is exactly what we will be doing from now on:
- We are working to complete as many deliveries as possible by mid-December. The remaining orders will be fulfilled in January.
- We have ramped up production, but this takes time, as each unit must meet our strict standards before shipping.

This is not a scam. This is not an unjustified delay. This is not a company falling apart. These words cut deep. We have felt every difficult moment and every frustration, and we have shared them with you. We hear you, and we understand your disappointment and concern.

You’re tired and frustrated from all the waiting. I can see that, and I truly understand. But the sun is finally shining again for us and for you.
