Returns and Refunds
If you would like to initiate a return or request a refund, please contact our support team within the applicable return period. We will then provide you with further information regarding the return.
Please pack the product securely and include all components. If available, please include a copy of the invoice or delivery note.
Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
