Welcome to the future of fitness. If you’ve just received your Visionbody Ultimate Fast-Track Muscle System, you’re not just holding workout gear; you’re holding an FDA-cleared and TÜV-certified piece of German technology designed to help you train efficiently in as little as 20 minutes.

Maybe your goal is to lose weight, build lean muscle, improve your overall strength, or support your long-term well-being. Whatever your “why” is, this guide will walk you through exactly how to use your Visionbody suit, from the initial setup to your first session and beyond.

Before You Begin

Before putting on your suit, take a few minutes to get everything ready:

  • Charge your PowerBox using the included USB-C cable
  • Wait until the white indicator lights turn off (fully charged)
  • Download the MyVisionbody app
  • Create your account and verify your email (check your spam folder if necessary)
  • Read the user manual for basic safety information

We strongly recommend doing a short warm-up before your workout. And last but not least, check out our YouTube channel for suggested workout videos and other useful tips.

What Is the Visionbody Suit?

The Visionbody Ultimate Fast-Track Muscle system is more than just clothing; it’s a wearable EMS training system designed to activate up to 98% of your muscles simultaneously.

  • Antibacterial fabric, second-skin fit
  • 24 integrated dry electrodes across 12 channels
  • No water, no gels, no cables
  • Fully wireless motion

Using EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) combined with EMA (Electrical Myo Activation), the suit targets both superficial and deep stabilizing muscles—areas often overlooked in traditional training.

How to Put on the Suit

  • Unzip the zipper at the back of the Visionbody PowerSuit until it is fully open.
  • Step into the suit one leg at a time, pulling it up until it reaches your hips, alternating legs.
  • Once the suit reaches your waist, slip your arms into the sleeves one at a time, and gently pull the sleeves up over your shoulders. Then adjust the sleeves so that the electrodes are securely in place.
  • Once the suit is securely in place on both shoulders, hold the bottom of the zipper with one hand and, with the other hand, gently pull the zipper slider upward in a vertical motion until it reaches about halfway up the back.

  • When the zipper guide is halfway up, hold the open ends of the zipper at the top together and continue to gently pull the zipper guide all the way up until the zipper is fully closed. Secure the zipper fastener at the top and bottom to prevent the zipper from opening during exercise.
  • Make sure the suit fits you well and that the electrodes are in the right place.
  • Attach the Visionbody PowerBox to your suit by aligning the magnetic connector on the PowerBox with the connector on the suit until you hear a click. Secure the PowerBox with the Velcro strap.

  • To start training, log into the app and turn on the Powerbox by pressing and holding the on/off button for 3 seconds until you hear a double beep.

You can find more information on how to get started with your Visionbody suit, explained in a simple and fun way, in this animated video created by one of our trainers:

How to Connect the PowerBox and the App

  1. Attach the PowerBox using the magnetic connection until it clicks into place
  2. Secure it with the Velcro strap
  3. Press and hold the PowerBox button for 3 seconds (a double beep confirms this)
  4. Open the app and turn on Bluetooth
  5. Tap “Start Training” and select your program

From here, you can control everything directly within the app.

How to Insert the Battery into the Powerbox

First-Session Settings

Your first session should be controlled and gradual:

  • Make sure to hydrate well before starting your workout
  • Start with a short warm-up (5 minutes)
  • Increase intensity muscle group by muscle group
  • Aim for strong but comfortable contractions
  • Never compromise on proper form

Important: Sweat improves conductivity, so warming up before adjusting the intensity is helpful.

Training Frequency

For most users:

  • 20–25 minutes per session
  • 2–3 sessions per week

Consistency is more important than volume. EMS is designed to be efficient, not excessive.

What Types of Workouts Can You Do With Visionbody?

Since I designed this suit with freedom of movement in mind, you can do almost any type of workout while wearing it and be sure to engage nearly all of your muscle fibers in a short amount of time.

You can:

  • Boxing, TRX training, and Pilates
  • You can play golf, go for a jog, or just walk your dog
  • You can bring it with you to your bounce class
  • You can lift weights or do some simple exercises

The list would be endless if I started naming all the workouts you could do with your Visionbody suit. The important thing is to keep moving. Just remember that it contains electrical components, so don’t take it swimming.

I also wrote this article titled Your Complete EMS Training Guide, and I recommend giving it a read. In it, you’ll find tips on how to start EMS training at home and suggested EMS training routines.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Exercising while dehydrated or on an empty stomach

  • Setting the intensity too high too quickly

  • Using the suit if there are contraindications (e.g., pacemaker, pregnancy)

  • Ignoring proper form during exercises

Safety and control always come first.

Cleaning and Care

Since the suit is made of antibacterial fabric and does not need to be wet before use, there is no need to wash it after every session. After you finish training, you can carefully turn it inside out, gently wipe the electrodes with a damp cloth, and hang it in a well-ventilated place. Remember to keep the suit away from any source of heat.

If you wish to wash the suit, please follow these instructions to ensure that you do not damage it:

  • First, make sure all zippers are fully closed.

  • Remove the PowerBox: Never get it wet! If it needs cleaning, you can wipe it down with a soft cloth.

  • Make sure the Velcro strap attached to the suit is out of the strap loop and securely fastened.

  • The suit should be right side out. The right side out is when the Visionbody logo is visible.

  • Carefully place the Visionbody suit in the mesh laundry bag and make sure its connection plate is clearly visible through the mesh laundry bag.

  • Put the laundry bag containing the suit into the washing machine. We recommend using only a mild, bleach-free, fragrance-free, gentle detergent or baby shampoo with a pH level of 8 to 8.5.

  • Select a short, gentle wash cycle (15 minutes). Visionbody garments should be spun at a speed of exactly 800 RPM. When washing, do not exceed a temperature of 30°C / 86°F.

  • After washing the suit, it should be air-dried only—either by hanging it up or laying it flat in a shaded, well-ventilated area; do not put it in the dryer.

Growing With Your Suit: Resizing and Upgrading

As your body changes, the fit of your suit may change as well.

If the suit becomes too loose or too tight, it will affect the contact between the electrodes. In that case, you can:

  • Keep your PowerBox

  • Order a new size of the PowerSuit

Contact support for resizing options.
